1.0Customer service is not existent. Get ready to be yanked around when you explain what went wrong. First told the wrong size hitch which caused a serious hold up in plans. Then no propane. Icing on the cake is that when Adam showed me the camper the tanks showed full. He said "just ignore that its empty", I didn't know any differently, it was our first time using a camper so I went with that. Once we finally figuered out why we had no heat and hot water, because there was no propane, we got everything up and running and the shower wouldn't drain until we got the camper pumped. Adam responded to my request to at the very least be reimbursed the additional propane tanks with "have a good night". Renter be warned. 2 calls and a text were also ignored the night we realized we had no propane in 40 degree weather with 3 small childeren.
