Please respect our camper. We have put a lot in to our campers/business and ask that you treat them nicely.
Please do not leave trash or food in the camper.
Please no smoking in our campers (cigarettes or weed) as we often rent these to families with kids. Keep the windows closed if you are smoking outside.
If you damage something, you are responsible, let us know immediately. Please don’t try to hide it, it will be better if you’re honest.
If the wind is over 15mph, please do not open the electric awning and never leave it out while unattended. The wind will come out of nowhere here, put the awning down when you are not there or are inside your camper. It is $1500 to replace, at your expense.
Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink. Use only the toilet paper provided by us. Discard cooking oil in the trash.
Please wash any dishes you use.
Return key to lockbox before you leave. $50 fee will apply for lost keys.
