I have never rented this camper and it is in excellent, like new condition. I specifically chose this model because it is very low VOC. I am sensitive to vinyl off gassing and chemical smells, and this coach uses more wood and traditional construction rather than heavy vinyl, so the interior air quality is noticeably cleaner and more comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and fully opens when the slides are out, and I added an extra pad under the queen mattress for additional comfort. There are couches that convert into beds, as well as a sleeping area above the driver’s cab, making it easy to accommodate multiple people. Internal and external tv and shower. I don't really know how to operate the tv's, I've never tried but I do have a Verizon wifi box that provides Wifi anywhere you go. Everything is in mint condition and well cared for. It drives very easily for its size and is straightforward to maneuver, even for someone new to RVs. As with any larger vehicle, backing up should always be done carefully, but overall it feels stable, predictable, and confidence inspiring on the road. If you need a safe for valuables, the camper is equipped with one and I can provide the code. AC and heat usually work from the batteries but they say the AC requires the generator or shore power but sometimes it works without.
