Goes above and beyond
Susan is friendly, easy to work with, and communicates well. She assists with setup, explains features, addresses issues quickly, and coordinates with properties for guest convenience.
Comfortable beds, AC issues
Features very comfy main bed & couch, and a functional freezer. However, the fridge takes 36-48 hours to cool, and the AC is known to be faulty, struggling to cool effectively in warm weather.

4.0Host was very friendly and easy to work with, she did mention that the fridge takes a long time to get cold and that was definitely true, took about 36 hours to get even noticeably cold like oh it's actually on, and about 48 hours before we thought it was cold enough to reasonably store food. the freezer seems to work exactly as it should, along with everything else. over all great rental, we are already talking about potentially taking it out again next year.
