2.0The RV itself was decent, not I knew what to expect but smaller than expected, if that makes sense. It was clean and David and his wife was pleasant. The major problem I had/have is the toilet situation. David sent a disclosure after the booking about the cleanliness, body fluids, etc after it was booked. Upon picking up the van, his wife stated, urine should be in the front of the toilet and bowel movements should be done in the trash bag and the bag thrown away. Never was it mentioned that the toilet should not/ could not have urine in it or toilet paper. David's wife also stated, so y'all are going to mainly use it for the bathroom" knowing that she still did not disclose, in detail, the lack of using the toilet. Myself and guest used the toilet and placed the toilet paper in the toilet, because we were never told not to do so. Upon returning the van, David stated that we should not have had urine or toilet paper in the toilet and that extra inflated fees would occur. I asked for him to be fare and that they should pay for some of the fees since his wife failed to explain, in detail, the lack of toilet use. He was very pleasant in denying me. The van is great but if you need to use the toilet, please be sure to keep the trash bag in the toilet for urine and bowel movement to avoid extra inflated fees.

5.0Everything was perfect. David was so accommodating to change dates and do pick up and return at the airport. The van was very comfortable and stylish. The size was just right We loved our time in Vanna.
