Prompt, helpful, and accommodating
Pete consistently communicated promptly, was highly accommodating with scheduling, and provided helpful how-to videos for the van. Guests found him friendly and easy to deal with.
Drives impeccably, handles mountains well
The van is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable, permanent bed and an efficient layout. It is very clean, well-appointed, and fully stocked. Solar panels provide reliable off-grid power, and it includes a 2-inch hitch. AC runs only when the engine is on.

5.0One of the best layouts I've come across in a van. Pete was very accommodating with my timing and last minute planning of this trip. Super nice guy, would highly recommend. Very clean van with great aesthetic and thoughtful details. Fully kitted out with everything you would need for life on the road.

Are there any certain hints or tricks to operating all of the appliances?
A.
Yes there are! Once you book we will share a Google Drive file with you that offers "How To" videos for all of the appliances and amenities.

Can I park my car at the location where I pick up the van?
A.
Yes you can! We allow 1 car to be parked in the parking lot. Please note that the spot is uncovered. If you have more than 1 car that needs to be stored during your rental there is ample street parking around the van's location.

How does pick up work?
A.
I will meet you at the van at the designated time. I recommend budgeting about 30 minutes for the handoff so I can answer any questions you may have as well as show you the features of the van. I also suggest watching the "How To" videos that you’ll be sent prior to arrival. This will ensure the handoff process is smooth and make sure all of your questions are answered!
Q.
Is there a State Park sticker on the van?
A.
Yes there is! The van has the newest Wisconsin State Park sticker so you can travel to any of the State Park's for free! Please note: I recommend looking at recreation.gov for camping availability at State Parks.
