Chase sunsets and make memories!We are the Thomas family. We enjoy the outdoors and love to create new memories with our two children. We recently purchased a 2022 Keystone Bullet Ultra lite. It’s lightweight and half-ton tow-able. Electric awning, electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack with solar and much more.Trailer has beautiful modern interior and cozy vibes perfect for those family getaways, romantic escapes or just some weekend fun! Wether it’s up in the beautiful mountains or at the breath taking coast, this 27’ trailer is the perfect size. Total length from tip to tongue is 32’. It comes with sleeping arrangement for up to 10.The trailer comes fully equipped with the following:•Cozy kitchen
•Microwave
•Burner stove
•Shower & bathroom
•Refrigerator
•Solar
•Two spacious bunkbeds with a total capacity of 4.
•Queen bed
•Dinette that can be converted into a bed for a small adult or child.
•The couch can be turned into a bed for two adults.
•Built in speakers for indoor and outdoor music to enjoy your jams! This trailer is perfect for your next adventure.
•Trailer is towable by most half-Ton vehicles.•Cozy kitchen that includes the following:•Keurig, coffee mugs In the kitchen along with plastic cups and plates. In the drawers you will find utensils, knives, can opener, wine opener, oven mitts, spatulas, and foil. We provide a skillet, cooking pan, and a pot. Salt, pepper, and a few rubs. Paper towels, napkins and plastic utensils (Please replace if used excessively). You will also find sponges, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning spray, drying mat, and garbage bags.Extra:Trailer includes some upgraded amenities at no extra cost such as indoor and outdoor rugs, camping chairs, indoor/outdoor games great for all ages.Feel free to ask us about our favorite campsites or any recommendations! We are located in the Central Valley between the Sequoias and Yosemite National Park.Other details:-You Must purchase insurance for your trip through the platform.
-We do not allow any smoking (Including marijuana) or vaping inside of the trailer.
-Please return the trailer in the same condition it was rented in. We will document each trip with before/after photos. If the rig is brought back dirty, there will be a $125 withheld from your deposit for cleaning fees.
-We ask that you do not throw anything down the toilet other than the provided RV toilet paper.
-Please keep the strainer in the sink as NO Food or other waste can go down the sink. We ask that you scrape all the food in the garbage prior to washing dishes.
-If you need help with anything, please call or message us.
-Pets are okay with prior approval, as long as they are housebroken and behave in the trailer. (No chewing or scratching surfaces, no animals on the beds) $250 deposit per pet required.
-Please make sure to dump both black and grey tanks before disconnecting. We will charge a $125 fee if returned without being emptied.
-Please make sure you fill both propane tanks prior to return/ pick up. If the tanks are not full and you have not purchased the pre paid option, you will be charged $75.00.
-Full Hook-ups or dry camping okRecommendations:Safety is key for towing! Your vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller. We will provide a weight distribution hitch (No cost) and get you setup.To make your stay as comfortable as possible and to ensure you aren't limited to resources, we suggest a 30amp site with full hookups (electric, water and sewer).
