Overall, nice, cozy camper. It fit our needs for the weekend. We were unable to use the frig much because only the freezer works. Frig needs to be serviced, The propane was about empty. No hot water for showers. Thankfully for us it didn’t matter, since we also had our in laws camping with us, who had all the amenities. We also had to clean the camper before we put our things in, there was a nursing pad under the mattress and the tub was dirty. Although they were great with communication, the trailer does have a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed.

Wonderful experience renting from Sandy. She was always available to answer questions and was lenient on pickup/drop off times. The camper was the perfect size for family (2 adults, 11 year old and 6 month old) air conditioner worked great it kept the camper very cool. Tv was an added bonus 👍 can’t wait to rent with her again!

The RV was very clean, organized and maintained well. The beds were comfortable. The owner very nice and helpful. We had a great experience camping with this RV. It was so good that we rented it again for our next trip. Thank you Leanza Family.
