Varied responsiveness to reported issues
Chris was responsive and worked towards a solution for an AC issue with one guest. However, another guest reported Chris knew of multiple broken items (AC, generator exhaust, grill, chairs, RV door) but often did not fix or replace them or respond.

4.0We had a great experience overall — the RV was reliable, the perfect size for us, and Chris was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. There was an issue with the air conditioner not working during our trip, but Chris was understanding and worked with us on a fair solution. When the AC gets fixed, this would be a fantastic rental for others.

1.0Got us to where we were going but with trouble on the way. Notified him of multiple issues and already broken items to which he replied that he knew already or wouldn’t even respond. Was very frustrated with him knowing about issues and broken items and not replacing or fixing them. AC broke, exhaust pipe broke on generator, grill was broken and missing pieces, most camping chairs were broken, door RV was broken. Tried to make the best of it but still quite upset on the impact that it had on our trip.
