- Charged batteries
- Full Tank of LP Gas
- Filled freshwater tank
- Beds for up to 4 people (walk around Queen and Table turns into a bed )
- Built in Heat and Air Conditioning
- Kitchen appliances, including gas cooktop w/ exhaust fan, microwave, and fridge with freezer
- Comfy dinette for indoor meals or just hanging out
- Dry bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and cabinets
- Outdoor shower with Hot & Cold water
- 10' AwningYou're responsible for any tire damage, we have it inspected before you leave with the trailer.Tow-vehicle requirements:
- Must be rated to tow the weight of the trailer which is 6000 lbs.Pease note that the trailer comes empty, the pictures are just for staging, unless you need linens, that will be extra.
