Prompt, flexible, and accommodating
Guests praise Christina and her husband for quick responses, helpfulness in planning, and flexibility with arrival times. Delivery and pickup services are offered, though one guest noted an issue with delivery fee clarity and coordination on one occasion.
Clean, family-sized, well-stocked
The 2018 Grey Wolf Bunkhouse is consistently praised as very clean and perfectly sized for families (4-6 people). It comes well-equipped with linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, an outdoor mat, and camping chairs. All amenities function as described.

5.0The camper was perfect for our family of 4. It came equipped with linens and all the dishes we needed as well as dish soap. The stove lit when we needed it to cook indoors due to rain outside. The camper also had an outdoor mat and camping chairs. The hosts were great at helping us get our plans squared away. We would 100% rent again. Thank you!

3.0I would like more clarity on the delivery fee for trailers that are delivered to the camp site. I thought I paid for the delivery when I confirmed the RV, but I was charged an additional fee afterwards by owners of the RV. Better coordination on confirmation of the delivery location, this was not in sync.

5.0Owners are great to communicate with and flexible! (Our arrival time kept getting pushed back due to late start than anticipated then ran into construction and traffic) Appreciated this camper as a 1st time user with Outdoorsy. Camper was clean and sanitized. Came with some camp chairs, some kitchen utensils, and linens. (We had brought our own everything). Door handle was a little sticky at 1st, but we managed to get it figured out. Freezer bottom shelf kept everything frozen, so when trying to make ice cubes, needed to keep the tray on bottom of freezer. Nothing to complain about, this is a perfect sized camper with respectable owners. Worth every penny!!

5.0Christina was wonderful to work with and rent from. She always responded very quickly with all inquiries. Everything in the camper was as described. Drop off and pick up went perfectly. The camper made our trip so much more fun due to the ease of our lodging. We look forward to renting from Christina again in the future.
