**Delivery only: pickup and set up at a park location. Guest must secure the lot reservation at the location and insure it accommodates an 42’ RV. 3The unit wasn't clean, I was told by the owner that I should have inspected it for cleanliness during the walk thru. It was my first rental so I was focused on learning operations. There was nothing obvious but in hing-sight it became obvious it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were problems with the waste system that the owner blamed us for closing a valve which we did not touch. There were problems with hot water in the kitchen sink which the owner indicated worked perfectly after the rental. The owner again blamed us for not knowing how to operate the faucet - This issue was communicated to him several times during the rental.

5Curt was great. Camper came fully loaded. He set the camper up for us at Silver Hills campground. Beautiful camper. Huge amount of space. Perfect for a couple or a couple with 2 kids. We loved it. No complaints.
