At about 4,000 lbs dry, it pulls comfortably behind most half-ton trucks and many SUVs, even if it’s your first time hauling.It’s also a Red Raider’s secret weapon. When Lubbock hotels are booked solid for Texas Tech graduation, game days, and football weekends, having your own home base near the action changes everything — sleep, cook, relax, and hang out without fighting traffic or front-desk lines.Don’t let the compact size fool you. Park it, extend the slide-out, and the interior opens up surprisingly roomy. Inside there’s a front queen bed, a rear bunkhouse the kids or guests will claim instantly, and a dinette that converts for a fifth sleeper. The full kitchen — fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave, and a big farmhouse sink — handles real meals, and the full bath has an on-demand hot-water shower plus an exterior rinse-off. • Keep to maintained roads, campgrounds, and approved lots — no off-roading.
• Pets: [allowed with prior approval and a pet fee / not permitted — pick one].
• Tell us right away about any damage or mechanical issue so we can help fast.
• Treat it like your own and we'll happily have you back for the next game weekend!
