That is space for 6. Clean bedding is included as well as towels, plates, plastic ware and cups. 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Heater if you need it and of course A/C. In the rear there is a large amount of storage space for all of your food and goods as well as tons of wardrobe space in both the rear and next to the bed. Smart TV.
