2021 Braxton Creek Bushwhacker
The Bushwhacker is a 2021 model teardrop. Its roomy enough for 2 people to comfortably sleep yet small enough to be pulled by nearly any vehicle. It has a Torsion-Flex 2,200-lb. independent suspension axle w/electric brakes & maxi-clearance design so going off-road with is no problem. It is great for fishing trips, camping trips or as an extra room for visitors. The interior provides under bed storage as well as cabinet storage.
It comes with a battery to run basic electronics such as the radio, lights, plug-ins and the water pump for the sink. When connected to 30 amp shore supply the a/c can be run to keep the interior cool. There is also a heater for when it gets cold which is supplied by onboard propane. The galley area contains a cooler, sink, and 2 burner propane cooktop. There is also a 24 gallon water tank that can be filled to use when off grid. I do have a small generator available to add-on. It can be run on gasoline or propane. It will not need to be run all the time unless the ac is on.

We loved the Bushwacker Teardrop for our weekend in Mayhill, NM. My daughter and I traveled 4 hrs. with the trailer on the back of our Toyota Highlander and it traveled beautifully. It kept us warm and dry in 40-65 degree weather. We hiked the days and the trailer was perfect for evening relaxing, cooking and sleeping. The space inside was just perfect for us and comfortable with plenty of space for storing what we needed to for a simple 4-day get away. Heath, the host, was helpful, friendly and very flexible with us! Highly recommend this trailer and host for the perfect, easy get away. Oh and the set up and take down was doable and simple for my daughter and I, even as first time trailer gals!!! A HUGE plus!

Great camper for two! Furnace works really well. We were up in the mountains and it kept us nice and warm. Will definitely rent again

The Braxton Creek Bushwhacker was exactly what we needed. My 2021 Subaru Outback pulled it with ease. It was spacious enough for 2 people to get a good nights sleep. We also really enjoyed cooking breakfast and coffee in the outdoor kitchen. It gave us the opportunity to really enjoy the outdoors. Health our host was fantastic!! Communication with him was super easy he was more than accommodating with pick up and drop off times. We pulled the Bushwhacker from Texas all the way to Manitou Springs, Royal Gorge and Great Sand Dunes Colorado ending our trip with some Santa Fe New Mexico . It’s easy enough to maneuver in most parking lots and has a great rugged set of tires to confidently pull it through unpaved campsite roads. We will definitely be renting it again when we head back to New Mexico!
