Hello and thank for considering our RV for your trip. We love hosting responsible and tidy renters. If you are looking for the cleanest RVs where all components are functional, look no further. Renting RVs is quite different from any other type of rental. There are some components which are comparable to a car rental and an Airbnb. Here are some basic rules if you would like to rent one of our units: ly 23 1. Pick up times are between 2-4 pm. Please do not adjust the pick up times during checkout. The mornings are reserved for returns. The afternoon is reserved for departures. If you would like to depart early in the morning please book for the day before. 2. Return times are between 8-11 am. Late return is available for 1/2 a day cost plus insurance Return by 4pm. 3. At pick up plan for 30 min orientation if experienced or 50 min for less experienced. 4. Cleaning - the interior and exterior of the RV must be returned rent ready. Any deviation fram: the rent ready state will incur a cleaning fee based on size of the RV. Plan for cleaning time unless the service is purchased ahead of time. 5. Exterior must be free of bugs, road dust, etc. 5. Waste tanks must be returned empty, the dump fee is $150 regardless of the level. 016 5.0 $79 7. Propane returned at same level as given 8. Gas returned full or same level given. 9. Tires are the renters responsibility during the trip. All of our tires are inspected ahead of each 10. Pets - We love all pets but they must be approved. Please do not show up the day of the rental trip and fill to recommended PSI. with a pet that has not been discussed prior.
