This is our brand new 2021 Dutchmen Kodiak 27SBH. This travel trailer is 31 feet long, dry weight of 5,200 lbs, 6,500 lbs Gvwr and a hitch weight of 525 lbs. The Kodiak is equipped with a residential queen size bed, two large bunks in the back of the camper, 3 burner range with glass top, microwave, propane grill, massive pantry for storage space, full size rear bathroom, a 50-inch smart Tv and Wifi booster. This RV comes with great electrical features that makes your experience easier. Includes electrical awning with LED lights, power tongue and stabilizing jacks and a power slide out.Our Kodiak also comes with gas/electric DSI quick recovery water heater, 12v electrical refrigerator, two propane tanks, outdoor mini refrigerator, and all the outdoor gas cooking accessories you will ever need (with outdoor quick connect hookups!
This RV includes 1 queen size bed sheet and comforter, 2 king size pillows, 2 twin size sheets, RV safe toilet paper, 4 bath towels, coffee machine, coffee mugs, coffee filters, pots, pans, forks, knifes, grilling utensils and 2 propane tanks.We also offer a generator: 3,000-watt Honda invertor generator.** If generator is added to your trip, renter is responsible for gas & gas can
Our generator usage fee is $200, if more than 1 week of usage is needed, $100 per week will be applied.**Our delivery/set up fee is $2.75/mile with a minimum of $225
Max- 150 milesI offer delivery that works with my work schedule. I can either deliver before work Sunday-Thursdays at 6:30am or after 5:00pm and Friday/Saturday anytime!Cosa è incluso-NO SMOKING ALLOWED! If there are any signs that smoking was done inside our RV a $500 fee will be deducted from security deposit.-NO STRONG SCENTED COOKING INSIDE THE RV- If our camper comes back smelling like a strong odor of cooked foods (ex: fried bacon, peppers, onions etc.) a $250 fee will be deducted due to the necessary deep cleaning to remove the strong odor. We provide all outdoor cooking equipment! Enjoy the beautiful outdoors!-The gray and black tanks must be drained and flushed before returning, if this is not done, there is a cleaning fee of $100 that will be deducted from the security deposit.-Tolls charged on trailer's license plate will be deducted from security deposit.-Awning use is allowed, but we do ask if it gets windy to retract it back in so it does not get damaged. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work Sunday through Thursday. Either 6:30 am pick up on those days or after 5 pm. Fridays and Saturdays I am flexible for pick up and drop offs!
