Made up for app issues by going out of his way to ensure a smooth rental. Was accommodating with trip schedule and very flexible.

5.0Experience with the RV owner (host) was great. The Outdoorsy web page/app was not great. Communication through the app was clunky, and language on the web page was not clear. Our host made up for all of that by going out of his way to make sure our rental went smoothly. Thanks to him, it did.
