Trailer is totally functional without the boat option.The boat is a row boat, good for small wake-less lakes and ponds. Please do not drag boat on the ground! It will take two people to manage it. You will be responsible for scratches / damage. Two life jackets and oars included.
To use the boat, it does require the add-on charge for cleaning and inspection.
