Our Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S has all the amenities with not all the length! The Rockwood features one queen murphy style bed, one set of 72" long bunk beds, and one dinette conversion bed. The driver's side slide features the U-shaped dinette that can sit up to 6 people. This travel trailer has all of the hook-ups that a good glamper should, including water, sewer, and 30amp electric. It features an electric OR LP water heater for the indoor or outdoor shower. If dry camping is more in your neck of the woods, we have a 2700 series AGM battery, two 30 pound LP tanks, and a 43 gallon water tank ready for work. We also have a 200w solar panel setup for an additional fee. It has a built in, indoor and outdoor capable, radio, DVD, and TV. This listing includes a LP grill that hooks to the outside of the camper and utilizes the main LP tanks. The Rockwood also features almost too much interior and exterior storage. Did I mention that this Rockwood is Four Season rated as well, with its tank heaters and sealed undercarriage. If you want all the fun and none of the hassle, we can provide bed linens, kitchen-wares, brake controller, and anti-sway hitch at an additional cost per day.The travel trailer is located less than an hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park! We can also help give you some insight on great places camp because of our working knowledge of the recreation industry and National Forest Lands. We may even give up our favorites spots. Delivery charge is assessed for one one-way mileage. Thanks for checking out our Rockwood Mini Lite bunkhouse travel trailer! Happy Camping!Cosa è inclusoIncluded in your rental is a LP gas grill, electrical connections and adapters, and cleaning supplies.RaccomandazioniThis travel trailer is located less than one hour away from the one and only Rocky Mountain National Park. We are situated close enough to the park that you can just grab and go!Altre cose di cui prendere notaIt probably goes without saying, but no smoking! We do not currently allow pets inside the trailer, but they are not allowed at most National Parks anyway. If you do not select the add-on hitch and brake controller, please note you will need both. The hitch ball must be 2-5/16".

Consistently helpful and communicative

Jared is consistently commended for his excellent communication, helpfulness, and accommodating nature, often providing detailed RV operation overviews and prompt delivery/pickup services.

Well-maintained and spacious camper

The camper is clean, in great shape, and all systems (A/C, fridge) work properly. Guests find it roomy, especially with the Murphy bed/sofa conversion. Note: kitchen items and linens incur extra fees.

We couldn’t be happier with the host’s RV and his communication. The RV had all the amenities we needed and more. The host’s delivery was seamless and he met us to give us an overview of how to operate all the functions of the RV. 5 stars is not enough for this review. You will be more than satisfied.

Nice camper, very roomy. Could use a little cushion on couch on bed but overall great rental. We spend most out time outdoors when camping anyway. Jared is great to rent from, highly recommended.

Jared was prompt in his delivery and pickup services and the unit was perfect! Very spacious with the Murphy bed/sofa conversion (I would recommend some pictures of the Murphy so guests could see how spacious it is). Unit was clean and all the systems worked properly. Will definitely recommend him for future rental needs!

We are an outdoor-sentric family that were all born and raised in Northern Colorado. We have two rescue pitties that we spoil. We have been renting travel trailers for years but finally decided to buy and offer renters all the best things we have experienced during our time renting. We have over 12 years of experience in managing recreation opportunities and know the in's and out's of Northern Colorado camping! We would love to share our knowledge and expertise with you all! Happy camping!
