It includes solar for more power longer, a large bathroom, two bunks, a queen bed, a dining area, an awning, heat, A/C, and a nice pop-out for a bigger space. We provide all utensils, plates, cups, mugs, camping chairs, toilet paper, soaps, linens, and towels. This unit has never been used, not even once! Have fun! For a fee, we can deliver and even pick you up from the airport. My wife and I have been camping and rv'ing for many years, first as young marrieds, then with kids, and now as empty nesters. We take excellent care of our unit and use it ourselves. We mostly go off-grid and sometimes use rv parks when traveling. Now we get to take our grandkids. Enjoy!
