The camper has four reclining theater style chairs and a 40-inch smart tv. There is also a small smart tv in the master bedroom. There are two opposing slides in the kitchen/dining/living room. We have a coffee bar set up in the kitchen with a small amount of coffee and supplies available.
The camper has two air conditioners installed (one in the master bedroom & one in the kitchen/dining/living room area. However, both a/c’s are ducted throughout the camper. The camper also has an on demand hot water heater.
• The interior supplies include a limited supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish rags/towels, wash rags (1 per guest), bath towels (1 per guest), utensils, plates, and napkins.
The exterior includes two powered awnings with LED lights. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas griddle and small refrigerator. Some cooking utensils, smores sticks and related items will be stocked in camper.
All hoses (fresh water, sewer), electric cords, wheel chocks, x-chocks for between the tires/axles, tools.
We can even deliver the camper for you upon request. There will be a $225.00 fee added for this service within 50 miles. Anything over 50 miles will need to be discussed prior to booking. Anything over 50 miles, if agreed upon by both parties will incur an additional per mile fee. We can also provide a generator for those wanting to camp off the grid for a fee. There are two propane tanks that will be filled when you pick up the camper. The propane must be refilled before return or a fee will be charged. The 3 waste tanks must be emptied prior to return or a fee will be charged. 5.0This was by far our best camper renting experience. Jamie and his wife take pride in providing positive experiences for their renters. Jamie took extra time to walk me through all of the camper's features during pick-up. The camper was stocked with tons of comforts and features that made the stay comfortable and easy. It was stocked with every kitchen tool and appliance we could need. We will definitely rent from them again.

5.0Jamie was a fantastic host. Extremely accommodating and the RV was fantastic. I would absolutely rent from Jamie again. The RV was clean, well maintained, and worked perfectly for 4 people, with plenty of space.
