It has an RV Queen size aka full-size memory foam mattress on main bed and two smaller convertible beds, a kitchen with two burner stove, microwave, mid-size refrigerator and freezer, air-conditioner, furnace, lots of cabinets, bathroom with shower, medicine cabinet, four-seat table that converts to a bed, two-seat couch that turns to a small bed, toilet, outside shower, outside pass through storage, an outdoor tv antenna, skylight in shower, air vent, outdoor speaker, one house battery,!interior low power white LED lighting, exterior low power Blue LED lighting including bright under awning light, exterior 110v power outlet, exterior go power solar on the side hookup to charge house battery if you have your own go power brand solar panel up to 20 amps, approximately 30 gallon fresh water tank, grey water tank, black water tank, black water tank flush, fresh water house and 30 amp power cord with 50 amp and 110 volt household adapter plug for Limited power usage, carbon monoxide and smoke detector.*** You must state what tow vehicle you have and its tow rating prior to booking and answer any questions the owner has in order to receive owner’s authorization to rent.*** You must state your previous towing and RV use experience prior to booking and answer any questions the owner has in order to receive owner’s authorization to rent.*** You must return the RV vacuumed and if need be mopped and scrubbed cleaned inside and out including draining black and grey tanks and flushing black tank. And there must be NO stains, food particles, grime, grease, mud, dust, dirt, etc or you will be charged a cleaning fee of at least $75 or more depending on the severity.*** Absolutely NO smoking and NO recreational drugs of any kind stored or used in or around the RV, otherwise the Entire security deposit will automatically be kept. Medical marijuana may also NOT be used in or around the RV.*** NO pets of any kind unless the per day pet fee is paid. If any stains, odors, or damage occurs as a result of the pet, a portion, or the entire, security deposit will he held at owner’s discretion.*** The owner is in NO way responsible or liable for ANY injuries or illness related to the use of the RV by the renter, pets, or any guest they have in or around the RV, or caused by any pets the renter or their guests have in or around the RV.*** If pet fees are paid, pets can Only stay on floor of RV and Never be on beds, benches, couch, or anywhere else. Pets may NOT be kept in or on your tow vehicle or tied up outside the vehicle, or left unattended in RV even with AC on. An adult must always be with pets at all times.
