This Class A coach is in great condition! My family and I have used it many times since we purchased it in the summer of 2020. Very comfy and spacious throughout and a great smooth ride. There are 3 separate sleeping areas with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the pullout couch. You can sleep up to 6 comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and 8 if you put an air mattress in the dining area. This RV is personally cared for and will be professionally cleaned between every rental.RV Features:
- Regular Class C License is all you need!
- 3 Cameras for seeing all those blind spots
- 3 Slide outs - 2 in the main living area and 1 in the master bedroom
- Very Roomy at 38'
- Auto Leveling Jacks
- Dual captains chairs for driver and passenger
- Full bath with separate toilet area, sink and shower tall enough for someone who is over 6' (decent amount of space)
- 3 TV's throughout the coach - 2 in living area and 1 in the Master Bedroom
- Dining Table with 4 chairs
- Pull-out Queen Sofa bed
- 2 Burner stove
- Large full size fridge and freezer
- Additional pull-out counter space in the kitchen
- Microwave/Convection oven
- Plenty of interior and exterior storage

Please make sure with campgrounds on size and power requirements. I suggest booking pull-thru sites when available.Note: You can't just park an RV on the side of any road. *Prep and Cleaning fee - $175 required for each booking
* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
* Fuel Penalty - You will only be charged if the RV is not returned 100% full. You will be charged $125 filling fee plus $10/gal if you bring the coach back with the fuel tank not filled up 100%. This will be assessed out of your security deposit.
Propane Penalty - If the propane tank is not filled up to where you received it at, you will be charged $100 filling fee plus $10/gal. This will be assessed out of your security deposit.
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
*Dumping Penalty - $150 - If you bring the coach back without completely emptying the dump tanks. This will be assessed out of your security deposit.
* RV is Pet Friendly but you must purchase Outdoorsy Internal and External Damage protection plan.
* Pet Cleaning Penalty fee - $75 - If there is urine or feces smell. This will be assessed out of your security deposit
