This Class A coach is in great condition! My family and I have used it many times since we purchased it in the summer of 2020. Very comfy and spacious throughout and a great smooth ride. There are 3 separate sleeping areas with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the pullout couch. You can sleep up to 6 comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and 8 if you put an air mattress in the dining area. This RV is personally cared for and will be professionally cleaned between every rental.RV Features:
- Regular Class C License is all you need!
- 3 Cameras for seeing all those blind spots
- 3 Slide outs - 2 in the main living area and 1 in the master bedroom
- Very Roomy at 38'
- Auto Leveling Jacks
- Dual captains chairs for driver and passenger
- Full bath with separate toilet area, sink and shower tall enough for someone who is over 6' (decent amount of space)
- 3 TV's throughout the coach - 2 in living area and 1 in the Master Bedroom
- Dining Table with 4 chairs
- Pull-out Queen Sofa bed
- 2 Burner stove
- Large full size fridge and freezer
- Additional pull-out counter space in the kitchen
- Microwave/Convection oven
- Plenty of interior and exterior storage
- Full size Outdoor Awning
- Blu-Ray DVD player
- Ford Gas Powered V10 Chassis
- Onan 7000 Watt GeneratorHere are some of the things that will set us apart from other rentals.- We are 10-15 mins away from LAX. If flying in, getting a ride share to us will be

- Will spend a minimum of 1 hour to explain the in and outs of RV.
- Every rental will come professionally cleaned.
- All utility hookups are included. Black and Grey tanks will be empty. Water is not included* No smoking/vaping or doing any drugs is allowed in the RV
* No climbing on top of the RV
* No Festivals

You can run it on 30 amps, however, both A/C units will not run at the same time and when it is really hot out, the campground electric meters may have you popping breakers quite often. Please make sure with campgrounds on size and power requirements. I suggest booking pull-thru sites when available.Note: You can't just park an RV on the side of any road.
