***Special Notes for Burning Man rentals***
Experienced "burners" only. Base rent will be $700 per night during the festival. I would like to see references from RV owners from whom you rented previously. Also please attach some notes about how you plan to take care of the RV during the trip, and how you plan to clean it afterwards. I will offer competitive seasonal rate to responsible renters.
*******************************************Compact Thor Four Winds class C RV, sleeps 5 comfortably with a full XL master bed, extra length full xl 96 x 54 overhead bed, and dinette convertible bed. Full kitchen with 3 stoves, microwave and oven, separate shower and toilet.The RV is serviced at a certified mechanic every 3000 miles.Upgrades:
Front sumo springs
Steering stabilizer
Front and back Bilstein shocks
Rear view camera
New water pump installed in May 2022
Water accumulator installed in Jan 2022
Toilet comes with a mechanical bidet.
Extra firm mattress which replaced the stock RV mattress (for rear bed)Please check out the photos.Note to renters:
Experienced renter only. You must be familiar with towing and other operations of the rig.
Please let me know your trip plan ahead of time.My cleaning practices before renting out the RV:
The RV is ventilated after each use. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Rear bed mattress is protected by a waterproof mattress protector and cover sheet that are laundry washed regularly. Toilet is wiped down with disinfecting detergent, and rinsed from the inside with a spraying wand.Please return the RV in a visually clean condition, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged out of the deposit.
Please return rig with black tank and gray tank empty, or there’ll be a separate charge.Gas will be filled to full tank before start of rental period. Please either return the RV with full tank of (Chevron #87) gas, or alternatively, I'll fill the tank and charge gas + labor from deposit.No pets, no smoking.Cosa è inclusoLeveling blocks, 2 water hoses (blue for fresh, white for rinsing), inline water filter, emergency tire fixup tools
