The folks at Mark Wahlberg Road Adventures in Lorain were absolutely phenomenal to work with! Kim worked with us for months to ensure our rental was exactly what we needed and at the right price. Ashley processed us the day of pickup quickly and easily and was able to add a second driver last minute as well as split up our payments over several different people's credit cards. Finally, Mike did our walk through and went above and beyond, adjusting our hitch for a better fit to our truck and getting us a backup camera so that we could see behind the trailer. Perhaps most importantly, was the ease of pulling an Airstream and the airtight functionality of it at our campsite, keeping the cool air in and the bugs out. We will definitely be purchasing our own after this big adventure! Thanks everyone!!

The staff was outstanding. The maintenance staff was quick and complete; but they were shallow in their instruction on the hitch and trailer connection. I had never rented a travel trailer and I wanted more indepth instruction; yet they did everything we needed.The entire staff was very accommodating and meet every request we expressed. I would rent from Kim and Ashley again *****.
