While I had an issue with the generator, Angela was able to find me a replacement generator within just a couple of hours. Angela’s follow-up to our issues was top notch and she didn’t quit until I was 100% satisfied. Very impressed with their thorough follow through. Great customer service. Thanks again Angela! I will definitely use them again.

We could not be any happier with Road Adventures by Mark Wahlberg - Cleveland. If you are looking to rent a great RV and receive excellent guest service, you have come to the right place. Kim was fantastic setting us up with everything and answering all our questions. We had a couple minor issues that were outside normal business hours and their after hours service operator, Angela was amazingly quick and greatly helped us out. We could not have had a better experience!
