Family Friendly and well equipped.(*NO Pets, NO Smoking, NO OFF Grid Camping*) The private master is located in the rear of the camper and includes its own slide out for ample space to move around. The queen bed has a memory foam topper for added comfort. There is a large closet (by camper standards) and nine drawers, plus two drawers under the end of the bed for easily accessible storage. The bunk room includes 3 bunks mostly suitable for children or small adults. It also has its own TV, DVD entertainment equipment.
The second slide out greatly increases the space in the kitchen, dining and living areas of the camper. The living area has its own TV, DVD entertainment center. One of my favorite and very convenient features is the 2nd door from the outside is to the bathroom. The outdoor kitchen is another convenient feature. It includes a small fridge which is perfect for your beverages, sink , 2 burners and storage. Perfect for meal prep outside! We love our camper and know you will too. If this camper isn't available or doesn't meet your need please consider one of the others in this listing. They all belong to our immediate family. Hello, let me introduce you to our family. We have 2 sons and daughter-in-loves. They have blessed us greatly with 7 grandchildren who are are between the ages of 4 & 12. We love spending as much time as possible together. Several of our grands participate in sports which also keeps us busy, We look forward to our annual summer family camping trip. We love spending time at Lake Greeson in Arkansas. This past year we camped during the summer and the fall at Lake Greeson. We loved both times for different reasons. We hope to spend more time camping now that we all own campers.

No smoking and no pets. Must have water & electric hook-ups and a stationary campsite with an address and lot number. Do not allow anyone to get on top of the camper for any reason. If you use the awning you are assuming a risk which will require you to pay for repair or replace it.

NO! If you chose to bring a pet and we discover this due to any damage or evidence of a pet (pet hair, pet odor, scratches to the interior etc.) you will be charged a Pet Violation Fee of $200. The Fee will be deducted from your deposit.
