5.0Rachel was a gem to work with. Her enthusiasm and communication throughout our journey was great! This was our first camper-van excursion and Rachel was more than happy to help us feel comfortable when we picked up the van and then during our journey when we had questions. When we had an issue with the house battery she was helpful with how we should find service and she was generous in offering compensation for our vacation time lost. Pickup and drop off was seamless. We would definitely rent from Rachel, Heritage Travel, again.
