If Mikey is returned with any kind of smoke odour, including campfire smoke, an automatic $500 cleaning fee (at minimum) will be taken from Security/damage deposit.

- Use only one-ply toilet paper roll. 2 rolls will be provided per day you are booked.
- Standard Hours: Returns are due from 3pm to 5pm. Pick up is from 8am until 12pm. Confirmed appointment time is required. Just communicate with us and we will be as accommodating as possible.
- Any damage are the responsibility of the renter. This will be assessed upon return delivery inspection.
- Be nice to Mikey.
