4Rob and his mate Pete were helpful and flexible about arrangements. Our van, Santiago, handled the journey down to EOTR festival in Dorset smoothly and was a joy to drive. Attention to detail could be better – there was a change in booking admin systems in the period leading up to our rental, leading to some irrelevant and irritating automated messages. The pre-rental check should have been more thorough, but I am pleased to say we were offered a discount to compensate for the issues in question. All in all, we recommend London Campers for their prompt responses and a friendly and sensible no-quibble approach. Adrian & Deena
