3.0The trailer was to be delivered and fully set up upon our arrival. It was delivered but nothing was on for us. We had to figure out how to get the power and air conditioner going. The water was also not hooked up which we found out when we ran out of water. The black and gray tanks filled after three days of barely using the trailer. Wish I don’t know how that could happen if the things were completely empty what it was was delivered. This of course happened at night and we had to stay the night in a very smelly trailer. The owners did come out the next day to handle the issues, but it was an additional $200. And they don’t have a generator. So if you need one you are on your own to rent one or figure that out.
