Black water/Gray water tank must be emptied before returning or fee will applyAwning must be retracted at night, in bad weather, while not in person at campground and of course while driving. This is to prevent unexpected damage to the awning.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.Rental Agreement: A thorough supplemental rental agreement will need to be signed before keys are handed over. Fees may apply if guidelines are not followed.

5.0Everything was great! The camper was just as described, in excellent condition. Owners were more than helpful — great customer service and very quick responses. We would happily rent this RV again. Lots of sleeping areas! We were a family of 6 and had no issues.

5.0We had such a wonderful time on our trip with Jen and Steve's Free-Spirit Freelander. We took the RV on a long road trip with our two kids (ages 5 and 1) with camping stops along the way. This is our first experience with an RV, and Jen and Steve did everything they could to ensure that we had no issues. They are excellent communicators with almost immediate responses to messages, and they gave a thorough orientation to make sure that we were comfortable with the functionalities of the RV. The vehicle itself is spacious and comfortable with enough space for the kids to move around. It is also very clean and well-maintained with very thoughtful additions and supplies. Everything worked properly, and, even as first time users, we had no problems. I am by no means a big outdoor/camping person (think more spa and shopping), and even I am up to another trip in the future. Thank you Jen and Steve for a great summer trip that we will remember always!

5.0Awesome first experience for our family thanks to Jen\Steve! Communication from start to end was 10/10. It was our first rental experience and they took the time to show us how to use everything. The RV was better than the pics. Will definitely be using them again.
