Overall everything was great! We had them install the 2nd row bench in the Medium van, which made it perfect for a couple + 2 kids. Simple pickup/dropoff process and prompt communication during the rental period. No surprise charges or other hassles whatsoever upon return. Mechanically the van ran perfect and all the important stuff like tires, brakes etc, seemed well-maintained. Bed was super comfy with a good quality mattress. Lighting, fans, and curtain setup nicely thought out. Fridge was high-quality and worked great. Only a few nitpicks: the sliding door was dented, which threw off its alignment making it difficult to close. We had to get out and forcefully slam it from the outside every single time, which got old after awhile. Some aspects of interior are very nice and sturdy like the bed frame, but other areas questionable. For example the heavy fridge isn't anchored to anything so it slides around unsafely, there’s exposed wiring dangling between the floor and switch box that's kinda prone to damage, and the rooftop AC unit seemed poorly supported (its weight flexed the roof sheetmetal over road bumps, making loud bang sounds). Overall though, a very positive experience!

The medium size van suited our needs perfectly for a 3 day trip. The whole experience went smooth and they are available to answer questions on the weekend. Great service and great experience!

This is a pretty barebones van setup - but it served its purpose of being both a vehicle and a place to sleep. The build is pretty weak, with a huge lack of storage compared to other vans we've rented. The curtains also don't do a good job of sealing up the front from the outside world, we ended up having to tie up clothing in the corners to black it out. A set of windshield & front window covers would go a long way for this. The foot pump sink was fine, but not great to use. There are no house batteries or solar, so it relies on running the engine to keep the main battery charged up which runs the fridge. While it had an A/C unit on the roof, there were no instructions on how to operate it (and didn't seem to be functional after doing our own research). This is the only fan on the roof, which means we didn't have a vent fan for our trip. We picked up the van with only 1/4 tank of fuel which meant before we could really even get going on the road we had to stop to fill up - typically I would expect to pick up a rental that is already filled. There are a lot of flaws with this van, but I do think the rental price reflects that. This was a cheaper option than others we've done so on the whole it may be a fair exchange depending on what you're looking for! If you want a pretty spartan build for cheap, this is a great option. If you're looking for a top-tier van build and are willing to spend more - maybe look elsewhere.
