• If anything breaks or is damaged, we get it. We’ll be reasonable. Normal wear and tear is understandable, destroying things is not.
• Only the provided TP is allowed down the toilet to prevent major issues.
• Return the camper swept and wiped down or we can take care of that for an extra cleaning fee. Please make sure your dishes are done well too.
• Please empty the tanks before you return it or we can do it for you for a charge.
• If you need extra time for pick up or drop off, happy to arrange if possible.
• Absolutely no smoking, vaping or anything similar in the camper.
• Have fun, enjoy your home away from home.

The travel trailer was great. Our girls loved the bunk beds and having the AC (and heater one night). Brad was a great host and very helpful.

Brad was very responsive to my communication from initial inquiry and throughout the trip, extremely helpful in getting me ready for my first travel trailer trip, and ensured we were able to enjoy our adventure. Outdoorsy is a decent app, though I was never quite sure I'd done everything required until i actually picked up the trailer. We very much enjoyed our trip and made lasting memories!

The RV was great, very clean and well kept. Our host, Brad was very attentive, even checking in on us halfway through our trip. He was very prompt in answering our questions before the trip as well. We would definitely rent from him again. Thank you, Brad!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally flexible with pickup and drop off times on the same day. If schedule allows, happy to allow for extra days too.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The trailer is reasonably light and easy to tow. The anti-sway bars which can be included if you rent the hitch can help even further with stability. A Bluetooth trailer brake controller is available to rent as well if your tow vehicle is not equipped with one.
The biggest trick to towing is stay in the slow lane, go slow, and give lots of extra space for stopping and turning.
