This trailer is perfect for a family adventure! It sleeps 6-10 (6 adults or up to 10 with little children) and has tons of storage. The kitchen, toilet, and shower/bathtub help make you feel right at home! We love this trailer and ask that you care for it as your own.All renters are required to have a working brake controller installed prior to pickup as well as a 2 and 5/16 ball hitch.A weight distribution hitch is available for rent for $30.Linens are not provided (due to Covid). Please bring linens for master bed, futon and bunks. Sleeping bags are a great option for the bunks, especially with a sheet tucked around the mattress. There is a weight limit on the bunks. 250 pounds for the top bunk and 275 for the bottom bunk. This is important as the bunks are not built for 2 adults. Dishes, cooking utensils, French press and some spices are provided!1 larger or 2 smaller, well behaved dogs max are allowed but are NOT allowed on the furniture/beds. We do charge an extra refundable pet deposit of $200 as well as a pet fee of $30. We thank you for keeping them kenneled when they are not attended. No smoking in the camper. If a camper is returned smelling of smoke, a $500 fee will be deducted from your deposit. If the trailer is returned without the tanks being dumped, $75 will be deducted from your deposit. The trailer is to be returned in the same clean condition as pick up. If not, a minimum of a $75 dollar fee will be deducted from your deposit.We know you will love our trailer!!
