Side deck with awning makes for an incredible escape to enjoy the camper and the outdoors. All linens washed each rental, fully stocked camper. Bring food and clothes and you are ready to go!Also has upgraded 50 amp service that runs dual ACs for the hot summer months. Generator available for "boondocking". Large water tanks, tall shower and tall ceilings make this camper a spacious option. Solid surface counter top with large sink, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and 3 burner stove with oven for all your cooking needs.Upgraded and comfortable King sized bed in the front with separate TV and double "Queen sized" beds in the rear toy hauler section that can be lifted out of the way completely if not used or converted to a eating location easily, or put down air mattress in the spacious garage. Also has 4 comfortable reclining chairs that can be used to sleep as well. Toy hauler garage and bedroom is 12' 6"! This camper is our 2nd home, away from home and will only rent to other responsible parties that will treat it as such. It is also a large camper, ensure your vehicle can tow it appropriately. Trailer is almost 10k dry weight. Vehicle must have 7 pin lighting hookup and brake controller, driver must have experience towing larger trailers. Delivery and Pickup is available depending on location and dates. Weight distribution hitch also provided.This camper gets compliments every time it goes out! Very unique, comfortable, and roomy!
