Included in your nightly rate is the following-free use of the generator, I won’t charge for hours or use( just re fill gas)
- free grey and black water tank dump at end of your trip.
- free water tank fill up if you so desire
- free propane use, no need to refill.
- free use of observation camera
-free custom hitch set up to your vehicles specific hitch height.Most rentals will tack on $100 + dollars for all of this.
Must be able to tow 5000 lbs and have a tongue weight capacity of 580 lbsPick ups during the week have to be after 3:00 pm due to my work. Weekend pickups can happen any time. Drop off can happen any time.This 2018 Colman travel trailer has all the amenities of home, sleeping 4 grown adults in comfort, and having a full bathroom with shower/tub and hot water heater. Weighing in at just 4800 lbs fully loaded it can be towed my most any 1500 truck or SUV. This camper was built for entertaining, boasting a 6 person dinette, interior and exterior speakers, and a power awning with led lighting. If weather is not ideal you are covered with ac to cool you down or a furnace to warm you up. There is a two battery parallel hook up so you will be good for power for double the length of time as normal if you are boon docking. Also just got a large 32” tv with built in DVD player for the kids. For added safety I installed a back up/ observation camera, now you will always be able to see behind you as your heading down the road or backing into your spot.
Trailer break controller and 7 pin connector required.( most vehicles with tow package have break controller, makes things much safer ) 2”receiver is required on the tow vehicle. I will provide the hitch which includes anti sway and weight distribution bars.I pride my self with giving you and your family the best possible experience on your trip. I do a thorough walk though and custom hitch/anti sway bar set up to your specific vehicle. This insures the trailer will pull like a dream.I do ask that you bring your own queen size bedding ( this is a true queen size, not Rv queen) as well as towels. No mandatory cleaning fees( all I ask is it looks as clean as when you picked it up). I provide all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and even coffee.
