Bottom lower bunk area is modified to be an additional indoor storage area or closed in dog area. Dog area is big enough for a full grown large dog. Air Conditioning unit has been upgraded for better air flow and extra insulation has been provided to create a more comfortable relation space. Large TV on a multi pivit wall mount.
