5.0This was our first time renting an RV and Samantha made it so easy. She delivered the van and went over everything really thoroughly, which was huge for me since I'd never driven anything that big before. She even texted us a couple days in to check how things were going and sent along some great tips, apps, and videos. Super accommodating and genuinely helpful — we'd definitely rent from her again!

5.0What a fantastic trip! We found working with Samantha to be informative and easy as we started booking our first Outdoorsy trip. She remained helpful and communicative throughout the process. A terrific host! And the RV proved to be fun, reliable, easy to drive and again, super fun! The van, combined with Samantha and Jim's helpful walkthrough made our adventure to the UP of Michigan relaxing and worry free, particularly with this being our first RV experience. We highly recommend booking with them!

5.0We had a splendid experience during our trip with Samantha's RV. She was very thorough with the walk through, her guidance and communication throughout the trip, readily available. The RV is very clean, runs exceptionally well, well equipped with amenities. I cannot say enough how well Samantha has kept her RV for a overall great experience. My children loved it. My wife loved it. We highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent a RV to rent with Samantha's RV. She has years of experience that she can share and is a national icon in RV traveling! We will be renting from her again as well.

5.0Sam was amazing!! Very helpful and genuine. Our trip was much more enjoyable having this van. Seats were very comfortable, easy to drive and handled good in the snow. Will be renting from them again and have already referred couple friends to Outdoorsy to book with Sam in the spring.
