Please strip the beds on your last day and leave them on the bed. Make sure all dishes and silverware are cleaned after use. Use single ply camping toilet paper only. Do not throw any objects down the toilet, toilet paper only. Smoking is not allowed inside of camper, if there is smoke smell inside camper upon pick up the security deposit will be held until camper is cleaned and cost to clean camper will be taken out of the security deposit. Additional dump fee of $75 will be taken out of security deposit if camper needs to be emptied upon pick up.

5Eric is a friendly, excellent host, A good communicator, and very helpful. , He delivered his At the time we agreed on. He also picked his camper up on our agreed time. His camper has a comfortable bed for sleeping and two cozy,, comfortable recliners for relaxing in. The kitchen is well equipped; All appliances are in good working condition. The camper includes four brand new beach chairs. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

5Eric was great, he delivered RV to our location on the beach, had it all set up when we arrived. At the end of week Eric picked up the RV and we were done. I will definitely be renting from him again next year.

5Eric is absolutely fantastic to rent from. This was our second trip using his camper. We had a very bad experience the first time we rented through a different owner. We were left with no camper and Eric was there within a few hours with his and saved our vacation. His camper is always stocked and clean. We will only rent from him for any future trips . Highly highly recommend.
