The camper does not include any supplies such as pots, pans, utensils or linens. We do provide rental add on items for additional charges. Items include kayaks, canoe, paddleboat & delivery. Delivery is $100 within 25 miles of the Happy Camper home & includes drop off, set up, take down, pick up & tank draining. Deliveries farther than 25 miles are based on availability & distance. Our campers are thoroughly cleaned & moped with antibacterial wipes & spray before each rental.Maintenance

Pulls well, but needs repairs
Guests report it pulls great, is clean, and has good AC. However, multiple reviews mention non-working lights, an inoperable TV, and significant roof leaks.

3.0Serveral lights were out which he said he hadn't gotten replaced. No one could get the tv to work so we did without. The roof leaked by the bunk beds the night it rained and at the front wall by the bed water streamed in on the floor. Everything else was pretty good. Great air-conditioning, like the size of the camper. We have had campers and motor homes in the past and this camper just needs those minor repairs. The TV should have been set up for us when Gabe was there.
