the communication with the host was the worst, she never answered directly to our questions, we also booked a pick up, but nobody was picking us up at the airport, and then our car was not ready!
also the airmattress didn‘t fit in the car, so you had to squeeze it in and was very uncomfortable to sleep in!
i wouldn‘t recommend this car!

Becky and her husband were great! The car was perfect for our little stay on Kauai and we felt we fitted right in. So generous to also add snorkels and a body board with the camping setup. Everything was functioning well and we had a great time. Would definitely book again!

What a fantastic vehicle that can take us around the island with everything we need to camp and adventure! It’s nice that the car helped us blend in and we felt like locals. Thank you for the surf board delivery.

The vehicle didn't seem to have been maintained properly, the air mattress deflated at night and the host was slow to respond to most of my inquiries. Also, after I had picked up the vehicle, she asked me check the oil during the trip, and told me that if I had any food in the vehicle, it would cause a bug infestation that I needed to remedy. Also, she said I needed to stop the car periodically when descending in Waimea Canyon, to be sure the breaks functioned properly. I didn't sign up for any of this and will never use Outdoorsy again.
