Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Melvin is consistently described as responsive, helpful, and accommodating, assisting with troubleshooting and special requests like holiday pickups, making the rental process easy.
Easy to drive, runs well
Despite its age, the van generally runs well, is easy to drive, and gets good mileage. It is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a spacious bed and camping essentials. One instance of recurring battery issues was reported.

3.0The car definitely has some age and wear, but it served its purpose admirably. Melvin was relatively quick to respond and helpful in trouble-shooting.

4.0The car was clean and comfortable. The battery didn't work well we had 3 times a dead battery. And note that in kauai there are almost no place available for camper van so in the end we slept half of the time in the tent. Melvin was a great host and helpful
