40ft diesel pusher with a 340 Cummins and 6 speed Allison transmission, outside it has outside shower, automatic awnings and 40inch TV and sound system and auto steps. Inside rear bedroom has a queen bed, washer/dryer, tv and dvd, mid section has full bath 2 bunk beds with individual DVD players. Front has kitchen with double sink, double door refrigerator, dinette that folds into full size bed, fold out couch that turns into a queen bed with air mattress,, love seat, right front captain chair turns 180degrees and reclines, tv,dvd player and surround sound system . The use of the inverter is prohibited. The RV uses to much battery power and will damage batteries quickly, use of electric power without generator or shore power will result in a charge of $1200 for battery replacement

Yes if the tanks are not emptied there will be a $250 charge for each tank not emptied
