Alan was a pleasure to work with. We had a few last minute issues that Alan was very understanding and helpful with. He maintained good communications before, during and after the trip.
The camper was delivered and set up prior to our arrival. It was even nicer than the pictures. The camper was very clean and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the camper. Highly recommend. We will be renting from Alan again.

Minor problems with the RV, some of the problems are Gulfstream design issues. Alan was great to deal with, the issues were not anything he knew about.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible, but must get prior approval from the owner.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

When using toilet paper, make sure to flush at least 5-10 seconds to ensure the toilet paper dissolves and breaks up, instead of stacking up the pipe and clogging the toilet. If this happens, just use a stick.
