Large roomy trailer, modern design with front Queen bedroom and Double bed bunks. Lots of storage and counter space in this unit. One large slide and two doors for easy access into trailer or bathroom. All dishes, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils and silverware are on board. Just bring your food, cloths and bathroom essentials. You can pick up or we can deliver. We allow well behaved dog, only! There will be a pet deposit. Also, please have a dog kennel to store your dog in, while away from the trailer, if you plan to leave your dog unattended. This trailer is a non smoking trailer. If pet/smoke odor or damage is present on return, renter may be required to pay additional cleaning fee and/or repair costs.

No smoking inside trailer or near open doors and windows. If the trailer smells like smoke when returned you will lose your full deposit. No pets allowed on furniture. Also, please have a dog kennel to store your dog in, while away from the trailer, if you plan to leave your dog unattended. If the trailer is returned with smoke or pet odor, you will forfeit your deposit. No walking on slide out roof. If there is or is not a ladder, do not walk on the roof. The fees that follow will come out of the Security Deposit upon return if they apply: Propane tanks must be returned full, or renter will pay refill cost. Linen cleaning fee of $30.00, Linen cleaning fee will be applied only if trailer linens are used, Dump Fee of $ 50.00 will be applied unless tanks are emptied and black tank is flushed twice. Interior/Exterior trailer cleaning fee will be applied If trailer is not returned in the same clean condition it was received in, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Interior cleaning fee of $75.00/100.00 (depending on trailer size) if the following is not done prior to return. All hard surfaces must be wiped down with sanitizing cleaner/wipes (due to COVID), kitchen sink cleaned, dishes cleaned and put away, frig wiped out, microwave wiped out, bathroom must be cleaned and wiped down, trash emptied and floor swept. Exterior of trailer should be moderately clean, excessive dirt, dust and bugs will implement exterior cleaning fee of $ 75.00/100.00 depending on trailer size. Delivery/pickup is only available for long term stays of five days or more. We generally do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. The fee can be paid by cash/check on delivery or can be paid out of Security Deposit after return.
