1.0The Host canceled the booking 2 days before departure. Booked July 14, 2025, for August 1-3, 2025. HOST cancelled reservation less than 24 hours before he was suppose to deliver the Unit! Outdoorsy said, “Book again” Really!! All units were booked for my dates! All I could do was complain! So all night I wrote emails hoping someone would help The Host who cancelled had done this many times before but was still on the site!!! Outdoorsy’s Help Staff finally did find me a unit and they delivered but it was much smaller and they wanted to charge me more. That being handled it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL to have to go through that experience! I’ll think twice before renting from them again! Be sure to read the Host Reviews before renting!!!!
