The lower bed folds out to benches with a full table that set's up between them. There are also two rocking swivel chairs with a movable table between them right behind the 45" TV. There is a built in Onan generator and 440 watts of solar panels charging 2 deep cycle 6 volt batteries for power. There are railings around the drop down patio for family time in the outdoors while still keeping the little ones close and safe. The cargo area is 14'-4" deep.
