4.0In the beginning, communication with the host was awesome, they were punctual delivering the RV & set up everything before we arrived! It was absolutely amazing! When we arrived the RV was nice and cool and the RV was impressively clean! The only issue we had when we arrived was that the generator had run out of gas by the time we arrived & the gas can was empty, so we had to go fill the can up immediately after we arrived. Then after getting the generator going, the AC wasn’t working, I tried to call the host, texted them, & I wasn’t answered until the following day. When I went to use the oven, I could not figure out how to turn it on, I tried to call again & finally the next day I was instructed to call customer service. I was absolutely shocked because I was only trying to make sure we didn’t break anything! So, we couldn’t use the oven. This RV was well stocked, but there were no camping chairs & we needed a toaster oven since we had no oven. As far as comfort, the mattress was very Firm/hard, I don’t recommend if you have back issues. This RV does have alot of storage space for your belongings in the bedroom.
